- Tell me something...I have the Hayes ESP card connected to an Optima
- 28.8k running with Qmodem Pro 95. I have the port in Windows set for
- 115k and have the ESP card set to double that. Yet when I use Netscape
- to download a text file on (the same file that someone here claims to
- "average 6-7KBytes" on I only get around 2-3KBytes speed! I have
- compression enabled (s46=2) and this is really aggravating me.
